Wonkbird Media ("we", "us") is a digital PR agency located at 447 Broadway, 2nd Floor, New York, NY 10013. You can reach us at hello@wonkbird.com.

What we collect on this site

If you submit our contact form, we collect the name, email address, website URL, and message you provide. We use that information solely to respond to your inquiry. Form submissions are delivered to us by email via Resend, our email processing provider, and are not sold or shared with third parties.

This site does not use advertising trackers or set marketing cookies. We measure aggregate site traffic with Vercel Analytics, which is cookieless and does not track visitors across sites. The map on our contact page loads tiles from OpenStreetMap, which receives standard web request data (such as your IP address) when the map loads. Survey research

The consumer surveys behind our campaigns are fielded through third-party research panels. Responses are collected anonymously or pseudonymously, analyzed in aggregate, and published only as statistics — never as identifiable individual responses. Survey participants are covered by the privacy terms of the panel through which they participate.

Journalists and media contacts

If you are a journalist who corresponds with us, we keep your contact details and beat information so we can send you relevant research. You can ask to be removed at any time by emailing press@wonkbird.com — one email, no hoops.

Data retention and your rights

We keep inquiry emails only as long as needed to maintain our correspondence. You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@wonkbird.com. We respond to all requests within 30 days.
